Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Today Is Your Day™ (the "Service"), operated by Rensleigh & Co Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Today Is Your Day™ is a personal-discovery web experience. You provide written reflections, and the Service uses automated systems — including third-party large language models — to generate a personalised report and a 21-day action plan.
The Service is not therapy, medical care, counselling, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional advice. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet that requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, are inactive for extended periods, or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
- Submit content that infringes third-party rights or contains personal data of other people without their consent;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its underlying systems;
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to train another AI model.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the reflections you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to generate your report. We do not sell your content, and we do not share it with third parties except the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy.
6. AI-generated output
Reports are produced by automated systems based on the information you provide. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on any report. We make no warranty that the output is accurate, reliable, or fit for any specific purpose.
7. Pricing, payment, and refunds
Today Is Your Day™ is a one-time purchase of USD $36 (local currency equivalent and applicable taxes shown at checkout). Payments are securely processed by Stripe, which handles billing, tax calculation and collection, and payment security on our behalf.
Our Refund Policy describes the refund window we offer and how to request a refund.
8. Service availability — no warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our owners, employees, and contractors) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (such as liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you submit.
11. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; if changes are material, we will give reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of South Africa will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
