We want you to feel good about your purchase of Today Is Your Day™. If the experience isn't right for you, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, for any reason.

2. How to request a refund

Payments for Today Is Your Day™ are securely processed by Stripe.

To request a refund, email us at drensleigh@gmail.com with your order details (the email used at checkout, and the date of purchase). We'll process the refund through Stripe within 1–2 business days.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, but most refunds land within 5–10 business days.
